主人公は、昼は平凡な学生、夜は人間に紛れ込む吸血鬼を狩るヴァンパイアハンターという二つの顔を持つ青年。
真祖でありながらヘッポコな吸血姫、ルナと運命共同体となったことをきっかけに、人狼・新米吸血鬼ハンター・同級生のお嬢様などのヒロインが登場します。
萌える美少女キャラとの恋愛と、燃える熱いバトルの両方が楽しめるヒット作。

■ストーリー
“江神真紅郎”には二つの顔がある。
昼間は同年代の学生に囲まれ平凡な日常を過ごす一方、日が落ちると仕事をするため街へと繰り出す。
真紅郎の仕事とは、人間の中に紛れ込む吸血鬼を狩ることだった。
ある日の夜、いつものように仕事の依頼を請け現場へと向かうのだが、そこには野良吸血鬼に囲まれた一人の少女の姿があった。
吸血鬼を片付けた後、気を失っている少女を保護し、自宅へと連れ帰りベッドに寝かせることにする真紅郎。
しかし、この少女は人間ではなく……。
ほどなくして現れたハンター、新たなる吸血鬼、そして……。
様々な思惑が絡み合った運命は大きく加速してゆく。
